Softball Pitcher of the Week: MiLeah Walker, Indiana University Southeast 

MiLeah Walker was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for March 22nd-March 28th. Walker is a freshman from Hurricane, West Virginia. She threw a no hitter with seven strikeouts in an 8-0 win over Alice Lloyd College. Walker had 17 strikeouts in the 15 innings pitched on the week with holding opponents to just two earned runs. 

Softball Player of the Week: Heather Shepherd, Indiana University Southeast

Heather Shepherd was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for March 22nd-March 28th. Shepherd is a sophomore catcher from Warsaw, Indiana. She went 4 of 5 in the doubleheader with West Virginia Tech. On the week she went 11 for 18 from the plate.
