Women's Basketball Player of the Week: Brittany Bird, Brescia University

Brittany Bird was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for February 8th-February 14th. Bird is a 5-3 junior guard from Leitchfield, Kentucky. She was held one rebound shy of a triple double against Harris Stowe State University with 12 points, 14 assists, and nine rebounds. In the St. Louis College of Pharmacy game, seven steals were credited to her. Bird currently leads the NAIA Division II in total assists and steals.
