Baseball Pitcher of the Week: Brad Nickles, Indiana University Southeast

Brad Nickles was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week for April 28th-May 4th. Nickles in a 6-1 senior from Jeffersonville, Indiana. Nickles pitched in the 11-2 win over Berea in the KIAC Tournament. He struck out seven and only game up four hits in a complete game outing.     

Baseball Player of the Week: Brandon Hogan, Indiana University Southeast

Brandon Hogan was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week for April 28th-May 4th. Hogan is a 5-10 senior second baseman from Louisville, Kentucky. He hit 10-14 in three games over the course of the KIAC Baseball Tournament. His big game on the week was the first game against Brescia when he went 4 for 5 with three runs and five RBI's.

Softball Pitcher of the Week: Brittany Bennett, Indiana University Southeast

Brittany Bennett was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for April 28th-May 4th. Bennett is sophomore from New Albany, Indiana. Bennett pitched 7.2 innings over two games, only allowing one run. She was the pitcher of record in the 3-0 championship win over Mountain State with six strikeouts. 

Softball Player of the Week: Amber Chapman, Indiana University Southeast

Amber Chapman was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for April 28th-May 4th. Chapman is a freshman first baseman from Newburgh, Indiana. Chapman played in the 7-1 semifinal win over Midway College in the KIAC Softball Tournament. She went 2 for 2 with a run and three RBI's.
