Hobbs shooting key in two conference wins on the week.
Derick Hobbs was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for February 11th-February 17th. Hobbs is a 6-3 Sophomore Guard from New Albany, Indiana (Saginaw Valley State University). Hobbs scored 24 points in the win over Berea College and 17 in a win over Indiana University East. 30 of the points on the week came on threes (10 of 16).
