LOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 8th, 2007) – The Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference is proud to announce Player of the Week honors for October 1st-October 7th in Men’s Soccer for Offensive Player of the Week.

MEN’S SOCCER:

Offensive Player of the Week: Alex Cottle, Mountain State University

Alex Cottle was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for October 1st-October 7th. Cottle is a 6-1 Freshman Midfielder from Beckley, West Virginia.  Cottle knocked home two goals in the Averett Universtiy game.  All three of his goals were assisted by Ali Katrib.
