Amanda Dispennett of Indiana University Southeast wins Softball Pitcher of the Week

Seven Strikeouts in 4-2 win over Spalding

Amanda Dispennett was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for April 23rd –April 29th.  Dispennett is a 5-10 Senior from Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Dispennett struck out 19 batters in the 20.1 innings worked.  She finishes the year with team lead in wins with 11.

Carmen Davis of Indiana University Southeast wins Softball Player of the Week

Three for four with six RBI’s in an Alice Lloyd win. 

Carmen Davis was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week for April 23rd –April 29th.  Davis is a 6-0 Junior Centerfielder from Georgetown, Indiana.  Davis batted just under .500 on 33 at bats on the week.  The season average is propped up to just over .400 on the year.
