Win over Calumet College highlights the week.

Amanda Dispennett was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for February 26^th –March 4th.  Dispennett is a 5-10 Senior from Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Dispennett struck out 6 and only allowed 2 walks in the Calumet College game.  Her record is up to 2-1 with 20 strikeouts and only allowing a .111 batting average by her opponents.

SaraRose Hornung of Indiana University Southeast wins Softball Player of the Week

SaraRose Hornung was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for February 26^th –March 4th.  Hornung is a 5-3 Sophomore Catcher from New Albany, Indiana.  Hornung headlined the opening game of the season with three steals in the first game against Alice Lloyd College. She batted .375 on the week.
