Indiana University East junior Paige Froman was named the KIAC women's tennis player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, September 17^th. IU East finished the week 1-2 after defeating Carlow University (7-2) and falling to Asbury (6-3) and Cedarville University (9-0). Froman won her #2 singles match against Carlow 6-0, 6-1 and her #1 singles match against Asbury 6-0, 6-0. She also paired with teammate Cheltsi Hinners to earn a #2 doubles win against Carlow 8-2. The Red Wolves are 1-6 overall and 1-1 in conference play. They will return to action on September 22^nd when they travel to Brescia University.
