NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The IU Southeast softball team finished its season ranked 15th in the final NAIA Coaches' Poll.

The Grenadiers are ranked in the top-25 for the first time in program history after advancing to championship bracket play in the 2012 NAIA Softball National Championship for the first time.

IU Southeast defeated Lubbock Christian and Union (Tenn.) en route to the Pool E championship. Lubbock Christian finished the season ranked 9th and Union finished 16th in the poll.
