Players and coach of the year also named at the tournament

Bethel took the 2006 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Tennis Championship, hosted by Berea College on April 21^st and 22^nd.  Indiana University Southeast got to the title match in a 5-4 win over Asbury.  Bethel advanced from a defeat of Berea 9-0.  In the 3^rd-4^th place match Asbury won 9-0 over Berea. 

In the awards at the tournament, 12 players were named to the All Conference Team. 

Gustavo Andrade of Bethel was named Coach of the year.
